Fault: Biolift Regen no heating
The power generator in the Biolift Regen operates at four different levels of enhancement, allowing the intensity of the treatment to be tailored to the individual needs of the client. Unfortunately, as with any electronic device, failures can occur. Typical symptoms of generator damage include the device not responding on one of the channels, working only at lower power levels, or a complete lack of heat generation on any of the heads.
When servicing, we replace burnt components, in some cases we add protection against reburning, and we improve the cooling system.
Wiring
One of the problems that users of Biolift Regen devices encounter is a fault related to the cables twisting in the heads. Due to the frequent movements made during treatments, these cables are prone to twisting and tangling.
When servicing, we repair the fault while simultaneously protecting the cable from further damage.
Grounding head
If the grounding head is faulty, it is worth considering purchasing an improved version of this head. The enhanced version of the grounding plate, in appearance and functionality, resembles the heads we see in Lumenis NuEra devices.
It is a fully rubber mat with a safely positioned cable that is resistant to twisting and breaking, which seems to be a common fault in Tecar devices. Additionally, thanks to its high flexibility, it perfectly conforms to the curvature of the body, ensuring much better contact with the body's surface.
