Covers for the LPG head
Repair of worn rollers: Rollers are a key component of the attachment that most often wear out. Regenerating the shafts and repairing the motors ensures the effective operation of the machine.
Repair or replacement of seals: Seals are responsible for maintaining tightness and proper pressure inside the head. They also undergo regeneration or replacement to restore the full functionality of the device.
Repair of electronic connectors: Worn contacts in the electronic part of the attachment can cause power supply issues or a loss of response from the head to control.
Regeneration of the housing: In the case of cracks or other damage to the housing, we carry out regeneration by plastic welding.
Handpiece regeneration
LPG heads are often susceptible to mechanical damage, especially due to the significant forces acting on them during operation. The housing, being a key protective element, can fracture over the years as a result of continuous exposure to loads. In addition, there are issues with the electronic system of the head, such as faulty buttons or roller control, which may stop working on one side. This already requires electronic intervention to repair the mainboard of the head, which fortunately does not entail high repair costs.
Problems with vacuum
Problems with vacuum in LPG devices can have various causes, ranging from minor to complex. Malfunctions may result from defects in the applicator, cracks in the head, leaks in the tubing—both external and internal—as well as issues with the vacuum pump. Very often, the source of the problem lies in the hose itself. To diagnose this, simply bend the hose while listening for any hissing sound, which may indicate an air leak. Such leaks commonly occur closest to the head. However, if after such a test, we find that the hose is fully sealed, and additionally confirm that the vacuum problem persists when using another applicator with no visible cracks on the head, then it is necessary to send the device to our service center, where we will conduct more advanced tests to locate the fault.
