The CoolTech head is not suctioning properly
The first and most common problem we encounter is the leakage of the heads. Often, this is the result of accidentally dropping the head on the ground. Such a situation can cause the cooling system to stop working properly, leading to continuous pumping.
The repair process for this problem is complicated and requires a precise approach. We start by disassembling the cooling system to accurately diagnose the source of the problem. Next, we seal the vacuum chamber, which allows for optimized cooling during future cryolipolysis treatments. Each repair is always confirmed with a series of tests to ensure that the head is functioning properly.
Another cause of suction problems may be a damaged vacuum pump and leaks in the system. This is easy to check because in such a case, every other head on the device will show similar suction errors. If the fault is confirmed, then the whole machine must be sent to us for service.
CoolTech head errors
The second most common problem involves uneven cooling or sensor damage. In such cases, the machine reports errors when we try to start the head. These issues can arise from various causes, such as the degradation of wires, sensors, or the failure of cooling blocks.
Resolving this problem requires detailed analysis. In most cases, we solve the problem by replacing the cooling blocks. In other situations, it may be necessary to replace sensors or diagnose the wiring.

Re-sealing the head
Disassembling, cleaning, and re-sealing the cooling system into the plastic housing of the chamber.

The problem occurs when the head unevenly cools the fatty tissue. In such cases, we replace the electrical cooling modules along with re-sealing the head.
